I am Md. Ahasanuzzaman. I have extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as Cisco routing & switching with four vendor certifications on Microsoft and Cisco. I have experience performing administrative duties and maintaining accurate records. I also have experience preparing reports, updating data and implementing new technology. I have extensive knowledge of MS Word, Access, Excel, Power-point and a variety of other programs. I have excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. I have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to help build strong relationships between the company and its clients. I possess very strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills. I am team oriented with the ability to support and motivate the rest of the team but I am also self-motivated with the ability to work independently. I stay updated on all the latest technology related to this profession and I can adapt to new technology quickly. I have the ability to maintain discretion when dealing with confidential data and I always adhere to highest ethical standards possible. I would like to use my expertise to the place to grow and meet its long-term goals.
